$100.00 for Chamber members (2010-2011 Dues must be paid to
participate)
The event is open to all paid 2010-2011 Pearl River Chamber
of Commerce Members.
Membership applications can be downloaded from the website
in the Become a Member Section
The fee for participation is $100.00. The fee includes balloons,
advertisement of event (postcards, flyers and local newspapers).
Each store that participates is required to donate 10% of
proceeds from the night to the Pearl River Chamber that will
then be donated to the chosen charity. The Pearl River Chamber
has selected to donate to Huntington’s disease for this year’s
event.
The deadline for participating in this year’s event is Wednesday
March 24, 2010.
All checks must be received by the deadline and should be
written out to Pearl River Chamber of Commerce. Checks should
be delivered to Isabel Haley at The Danu Gallery, on Central
Avenue.
Important information:
• This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE
• All Vendors/Participants will be located in their store
or outside their store
• FEES MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE
BY 3/24/10 – NO EXCEPTIONS. Make Check payable to PR Chamber
of Commerce.
• Exhibitors supply their own tents, tables and chairs
• No electricity will be available.
